As the Prince of Whales, the now King Charles III was passionate primarily about things like:
Environment and sustainability: He has championed initiatives such as organic farming, wildlife conservation, and climate change action.
Architecture and heritage: He has a keen interest in architecture and design, particularly in preserving historic buildings and promoting traditional styles of architecture.
- The arts: He is a patron of the arts and has a particular interest in classical music, opera, and theater.
- Education: Known as a strong supporter of education he has established several charitable organizations that aim to improve educational opportunities for young people.
- Humanitarian causes: The new king has been involved in a range of humanitarian causes, such as promoting interfaith dialogue and supporting disadvantaged communities.
Will the new Monarch revert to his main interests or will he dedicate his time to more pressing issues that the UK faces such as: Brexit, Economic recovery post the COVID-19 pandemic, Social issues or public support of the Monarchy as a whole.
Time will tell. What is certain is that this is an exciting new era.
